V první části workshopu proběhne warm-up s prvky gaga, floor work a improvizace. Tanečníci také účastníkům představní techniky, na kterých je práce skupiny založená.
Druhá část workshopu bude vycházet přímo z tanečních prvků z představení Praeambulum.

Part 1:
The workshop will start with start with a warm-up based on Gaga principles, floor work
and improvisation. There might also be a contemporary barre to introduce some of the nessecary technique for the company´s creative work.
Part 2:
The rest of the workshop will be based on repertoar from the performance Praeambulum.
