Choreografka a performerka Pauline Roelants absolvovala amsterodamskou divadelní školu s titulem z moderního tance a tanečního výrazu/projevu. Je spoluzakladatelkou United Cowboys a se skupinou pracuje od začátku jako kmenová choreografka. Ve všech projektech navíc figuruje také jako tanečnice/performerka. Ze začátku její tvorba zahrnovala především taneční sóla kombinovaná s videem a hudbou, jako například Virgo (1989) či Amok (1994). Za svou taneční praxi si Pauline Roelants vytvořila osobní styl vyjadřování, který je charakterizovaný jemnou kombinací síly, smyslnosti a erotična. Její choreografie jsou základním stavebním kamenem tvorby United-C. Mezi nejvýraznější představení patří Untitled (Cowboy) (1992), Say No More (1998), Error (2001), To Be Continued (2005), Please do not touch the Parrot (2006) a Boogie Nights (2008). V roce 2011 Pauline započala svůj vlastní choreografický výzkum s taneční produkcí Apology. Nabízí také workshopy i master class tance a performativního umění. K tomu ještě učí na Fontys College of Arts v Tilburg v minulosti také na tanečním oddělení Královské Konzervatoře v Antverpách.

Choreographer and performer Pauline Roelants has graduated from the Amsterdam Theatre School, majoring in Modern Dance and Dance Expression. She is co-founder of United Cowboys and has been with the company from the start as resident choreographer. She's involved in all the performances as a dancer / performer. In the first years the oeuvre concerned dance solos, combined with video and music, such as Virgo (1989) and Amok (1994). Over the years Pauline Roelants has developed a personal idiom that is characterized by a subtle combination of power, sensuality and eroticism, the choreographies are one of the pillars of the overall work of United-C. Notable examples include Untitled (Cowboy) (1992), Say No More (1998), Error (2001), To Be Continued (2005), Please do not touch the Parrot (2006) and Boogie Nights (2008). In 2011 Roelants picked up her individual choreographic research with a dance performance Apology. She gives workshops and Master classes dance and performance. Furthermore, she’s involved as a teacher at the Fontys College of Arts in Tilburg (NL) and formerly at the Royal Conservatory dance department at Antwerp (BE).
