Flora Theatre Festival gives space to renowned foreign composers of stage music in its music dramaturgical line of the off-programme to introduce their work within a separate concert set. They are often associated with famous directors and leading European theatre houses. In past festival editions, we hosted composers such as Kriton Klingler-Ioannides (music for Staatsschauspiel Dresden 9 Tage wach at the 2019 Flora) or Alexander Maschke and Dominik Giesriegl (2021 Flora). This year, an associate of Frank Castorf and Rimini Protokoll – Jaromir Zezula, will perform.
