An honest, daring and open production describing a life-altering experience which calls for human support, presence and sharing. A pressing and intimate testimony about the death of children and the complex journey to its acceptance in a performance by Markéta Vacovská, who was awarded the Dancer of 2021 for her heart-rending solo.

– Tanzquartier Wien – HAU Hebbel am Ufer BerlinThe Viennese choreographer, performer, theorist and activist in the field of inclusion portrays the relationship of a disabled person towards society with grace and a detached view. This playful, funny and self-reflective production, created in coproduction with Tanzquartier Wien and HAU Hebbel am Ufer Berlin, was awarded the Nestroy Prize for the best Austrian Off-Production of 2021. “Is movement with disability like tonic without gin? Or breakfast without coffee?”Discussion follows.
